1st Jul 2021 (5 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.- 4th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional, incompetent and got harassed for being a prospective landlord. They changed the service % fees after they found a prospective tenant. They couldnt get the listing and the details right.
25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. Efficient, friendly staff.- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.
5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
21st Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Chris has been excellent throughout the process, both selling and supporting me in the purchase process. He has gone above and beyond in all his support. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

From first contact we found them to be honest and realistic on valuation, and within a short time offers were made and finally a sale.<br>During this process we found Morgan & Rosie Withers to be extremely helpful and professional.
