She was so patient and understanding, especially when it came to paperwork and the emotional side of moving. Over the years, she was always available, making the process so smooth. When I decided to move and finally leave, Kerry went above and beyond, helping me with the check-out process, ensuring all the documentation was perfect, and making sure my deposit was returned promptly. 4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Hurst Estate Agents Wycombe highly enough, and especially Gabriela. The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. She kept things moving, chased when needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden even when the process took far longer than expected.

Everything went really smoothly and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>What impressed me the most was actually how we ended up buying the house. I had called Charlie about it before, but by then it was already off the market. I honestly didn’t expect him to remember that conversation, but when the original sale fell through, Charlie remembered me and contacted me straight away to see if we were still interested. And now the house is ours! ??????<br><br>I think this really shows how much they care about their customers and actually listen to people rather than just treating you as another enquiry.<br><br>Thank you Charlie and everyone at Parkers for all your help. We are very happy and already busy with the renovation! ??????

From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.- 11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.
19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I have recently sold my house through White Lion.<br>I can honestly say without them it wouldn’t have been a smooth experience.<br>Very supportive and very understanding.<br>They kept me informed the whole way through all viewings and comments and once the house was sold, they kept me in the loop the whole time.<br>I would highly recommend them to help you sell your property- 5th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We just bought a house in Speen via Paul Copping at Tim Russ. Paul was great throughout the whole process - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and never put any pressure on us. He was also very supportive keeping the sellers up to date and onside when we had an abortive sale on our side. Paul help keep the sale on track. Just a nice guy in fact. We liked him a lot.
- 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out!<br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand.<br>I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
5th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
