17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!

He was friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and checked in throughout the process to keep us informed. Can’t recommend Ballards and especially Charlie more. 8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Parkers Chinnor and in particular Charlie Lowe have been absolutely outstanding for us during our house sale and move. Charlie (and Jayson also!) was such a personable individual who completely understands the area, the market and what a seller and a buyer needs to feel comfortable and relieved. Any emergency or issue and Charlie would go the extra mile to help, at times when not even in office! This is the second time we have used Parkers and would completely recommend to anyone. They have made what is a stressful time far more simple.

From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support—she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. However, the agent from Roman, especially Liv who contacted and chased up all the way we found our right one. She has put all the effort to give our family a warmly and tailored house. They were always politely available to communicate with and it all went very smoothly. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.- 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review. In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in — even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility — made a real difference. Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Everything from the original valuation to viewing and the outstanding service we received during the offer and sale process has been above and beyond what i have ever experienced with any other estate agency. We wouldn't have closed our slae without the wonderful Janine Lawson aided by her trusty side kick Richard Matby. I couldn't recommend the whole team at Savills Marlow more highly. A million thank you's

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
