From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

The whole team was brilliant, but a special thank you to Jigar and Kamal for guiding the sale so smoothly from beginning to end. They were always professional, quick to respond and incredibly proactive. Jigar was brilliant he kept everything moving and resolved any issues straight away, we never once had to follow up. We’d gladly recommend Sonia Estates Ltd to anyone thinking of selling.

Loved the virtual tour of our home when it went up for sale and the pictures were really impressive - great attention to detail as well. First time using Hunters and will highly recommend to anyone selling or buying!

The let involved arranging some preparatory refurbishment and certifications which were all delivered promptly and competently through the agency. All the subsequent steps eg marketing, tenancy arrangements and schedule of condition have been managed with similar efficiency. So far, so good, thanks!

24th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We honestly couldn't recommend Elliott at Deakin White highly enough. We bought our house through him a year ago, and when it came to selling the home we were renting, there was never any question about who we'd use. Elliott has been brilliant from start to finish. He's easy to talk to, keeps you updated, and always does what he says he's going to do. Selling a house can be stressful, but he made the whole process so much easier and was always on hand if we had any questions. It never felt like we were just another sale. Elliott genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, and we're so grateful for all his hard work. If you're looking for someone who's professional, honest and genuinely nice to deal with, we'd definitely recommend Elliott. Thanks again for everything.

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently dealt with Cassidy & Tate in St Albans (specifically Lucie) during the purchase process for a property. We submitted three offers, all of which were ultimately rejected, which in itself is not the issue. The concern is the communication style and overall handling of the sales process. After our viewing, I was the one who followed up to express our interest in making an offer, rather than receiving any proactive follow-up call. From that point onwards, communication was conducted entirely via email with no telephone contact at any stage. On multiple occasions, we asked whether our position could be communicated directly to the vendors by phone, particularly as we are first-time buyers with no chain and the property required significant renovations. However, we were told that communication with the vendors was also being handled via email rather than direct telephone discussion. Even when we increased our offer and specifically requested that our position be verbally communicated to the vendors to help properly present our circumstances, we continued to receive email responses confirming rejection, without any direct conversation taking place. Overall, the process felt very passive in terms of sales approach and negotiation. In our experience, there was no telephone-based engagement or active selling of our position to the vendors, which is something we would typically expect from an estate agent acting in a sales capacity. While we appreciate that offers are not always accepted, we were disappointed with the lack of proactive communication and the absence of any real attempt to progress negotiations beyond email exchanges. We will actively try to avoid purchasing a future property through Cassidy & Tate going forward.

13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.

I have rented through them on two separate occasions over the past 10 years, and I have found their approach to be consistently professional. I would like to specifically commend Emily, Lettings Negotiator, who supported me during my second tenancy. Her communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and she made the overall experience straightforward and well-managed.
