24th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

I could not give enough thanks to Zuhre Zavanna who throughout the whole process was knowledgeable as was able to help with any questions or issues we had. She was just so friendly, nice and an overall great person. She is incredible! Could not recommend E&S anymore!

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.

She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)
