They got us a viewing very quickly and the application process was very smooth and straightforward, from getting quick responses to the time it took to complete our application process was way more than what we were expecting. Everything from our first conversation with Juliet about what we were looking for, to her finding us the perfect property, to James ensuring a seamless buying process and securing us our dream home. Everyone at Jackson Stops were responsive, professional and top of their game. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt supported and in safe hands the whole way through. We couldn’t recommend this agency more highly.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. Thank you, Stuart and team.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

She worked quickly to help us secure a property we absolutely loved and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was how supportive and approachable Georgia was every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer our questions and keep us updated. Even after we moved in, she has continued to help with any queries or concerns we've had while settling into our new home.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you for all your help!- 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We moved 4 months ago and Ryan at Woodbridge Road East helped us with the sale of our house which sold quickly after being with them last August but we couldn’t find a bungalow, Ryan kept going the extra mile to keep our buyer interested and trying to help us find somewhere as well we finally found somewhere and it all went smoothly at the end. The town branch we didn’t find so helpful at all so glad we went to the other branch otherwise I think we would have stayed where we were as it seemed we were a nuisance about a certain property we were interested in. Well done Ryan a credit to your branch

From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout what turned into a very complicated and stressful house move!<br><br>There were so many twists and turns along the way, and at times I really thought the whole chain was going to fall apart. Debbie was always there with an update, a reassuring word and a willingness to chase things up and help find a solution.<br><br>She was incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout, and I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for better support. Her communication was second to none she kept us informed every step of the way, was always proactive in providing updates, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. At what was often a very stressful time, knowing Charley was keeping everything moving and ensuring everyone was communicating made a huge difference.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
