26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)We can't thank Eva Jones at TW Gaze in Diss enough for helping us through what turned out to be a genuinely difficult purchase. The sale was delayed for months by probate issues, and dealing with the seller's accountant and solicitors was far from straightforward.<br><br>Throughout it all, Eva's persistence, communication and sheer stamina were first class. She kept chasing when things stalled, kept us properly informed at every stage, and never let the process lose momentum even when it would have been easy for things to drift. Without her, we're honestly not sure the purchase would have completed at all.<br><br>If you're buying or selling in the Diss area and want someone who will genuinely fight your corner, Eva and the team at TW Gaze come with our highest recommendation.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!<br><br>As a young family, the sheer stress, intimidation, and disgraceful conduct we suffered from Rebecca Moore at Austwick Berry and this landlord is beyond disgusting.<br><br>They ignored basic repairs for months leaving us with a broken door and a broken washing machine yet rushed to pull thousands of pounds in random, fabricated charges out of thin air the moment we moved out. Rebecca sent us a ridiculous bill claiming thousands for items that were already damaged when we moved in, including hundreds for an old, pre-used rug without providing a single receipt, proof of age, or proper breakdown.<br><br>When we politely requested basic proof and receipts, Rebecca escalated to aggressive, high-handed intimidation tactics, even threatening us with police involvement over a standard civil deposit dispute.<br><br>The moment they were forced to put up actual evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), they had nothing. Rebecca Moore and Austwick Berry have put our young family through months of severe distress, lost work days, and appalling treatment. Everyone has been so helpful, professional and approachable, and we really appreciate all the hard work that’s gone on behind the scenes.<br><br>What really stands out is how well you all work together and how everyone steps in to help each other when needed. It’s lovely to see a team that genuinely supports one another, and it really does make a difference.<br><br>Thank you all for everything you’ve done for us. Tracy done some really amazing viewings on our property and managed to get us an offer after the first viewing. Shane took really good quality photos of our property and got us online asap as we were in a hurry to sell to secure another property. Emma maintained contact from start to finish, even during the really stressful times and issues. We are really grateful to the whole team. Thank you ??????

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

Brad came out to our house and was so knowledgeable, gave us fantastic advice and had obviously done his homework on the area. Brad gave us regular updates without us having to ever call him and we really felt like he was 'on it' and on our side. I can't thank the team at Potters enough for all of their hard work and we would not hesitate to use them again!

When my house was sold they provided me with information of everything that happens from now till completion of sale which I found really helpful. To be honest they literally help my hand through the whole process. Any queries or concerns were quickly solved. Anything that wasn't going to plan like delays they communicated immediately. It's been many years since I last moved & thanks solely to Attik & the amazing team there I had a stress free easy transaction they went above & beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. Even after moving I still received texts to check I was good. A fantastic service. Many many thanks to you all.<br>I highly recommend Attik City Country Coast without doubt.
