They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. Luke and Joe were always available to offer advice and support and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone involved in renting properties. I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. This is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent and I’d be more than happy to recommend her and WHB to those needing their services. Thankyou!

Everything from our first conversation with Juliet about what we were looking for, to her finding us the perfect property, to James ensuring a seamless buying process and securing us our dream home. Everyone at Jackson Stops were responsive, professional and top of their game. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt supported and in safe hands the whole way through. We couldn’t recommend this agency more highly.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. Thank you, Stuart and team.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.
