They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The lady who did the viewing did not show us around the property, barely said anything and acted as if us being there asking questions was an inconvenience. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. Appalling.
