19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)The staff at this estate agents are proffesional and contactable and reachable through out the whole process we wer.nt with this estate agents but Megan dealt with everything and was Brilliant even tho our own eastate agents w.h Brown were useless oops did i say w.h brown never mind.But yes if your buying / selling this is the place to do it.Enjoy
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.Strutt & Parker - Eastern Estates & Farm Agency - Ipswich

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
