24th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

6th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

Communication was always clear, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>A special thanks to Caroline, who was particularly supportive and professional throughout the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference.<br><br>Overall, I would highly recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency. 7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.
