Jodie and her team was very quick , efficient, friendly and helpful whenever a issue or question i contacted them with. Each time a solution or engineer was sent to fix any problems that occurred quickly and with constant communication with updates. To all at Bentons melton mowbray branch i Thank-you all very much. 4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)How does this business make any money? Aren't they in the business of selling houses? A simple query like 'Can I talk to one of your valuers?' seems to be beyond them. I have rang this company 3 times over the last couple of months because I am thinking of putting my house on the market. The first time I was told the valuer would call me back. He never bothered. I rang again, and again was told the valuer was out on a call and would call me back. he never bothered. I rang a third time and asked to talk to the valuer. The lady at reception asked me questions and then went to talk to the valuer, I believe. Eventually, she hung up on me. Get your act together. You are in the business of selling houses. To sell houses, you need to talk to potential customers. When your receptionist tells a potential customer that you will call them back, then be true to your word and do so. Keep in mind how many estate agents there are in the Oadby area and you are competing with them for business. Answering telephone calls promptly and returning customer calls would be a good start for your business.

From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!

Simple, straightforward viewing and application, assistance throughout the process, prompt replies to any questions raised and a smooth moving in day, I am happy I chose the right people for my property and looking forward to a long relationship with them and my home.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everything was handled smoothly from viewing to keys handover and communication was always clear and prompt. It made the experience stress-free, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property!
10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Zac and the team enabled us to complete on the sale of our house with very little stress; they were always available to answer queries and understood our timescales - they very much had our best interest at the centre. Would definitively use Rezide again.
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
