21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
16th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property
19th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

9th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)They have been swift in getting the photos of the property and have everything advertised online. Viewings were scheduled with due notice and prospective buyers have been identified quite quickly.
27th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)If I could give 10/5 I would! Everything was so easy, with communication being mostly via WhatsApp and nothing is out of their job description. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
