21st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
16th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

Our agent Mr Amit Joshi was very personable and knew a lot about the clients in our area. He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Cannot recommend Sean, Karen and the team highly enough. Sean came to value our property and, unlike another local agent, rather than tell us how bad other local agents were and try and get us to go for a lower value to sell quickly, he saw and marketed our house to its full potential. The marketing material was superb and, backed up by a great service by Karen and the office team. And we sold within 5 days!<br>That may not always happen of course but the communication was great and they were all lovely to deal with throughout the process.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
