We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Unprofessional and unorganised. Visited the property for valuation were advised to not put on the market as the market was poor. Went for alternative estate agents and sold within 2 weeks. Enquired to view a property advertised on Rightmove after 3 days called me in an unprofessional manner to inform me the vendor isn’t sure about moving. Property was removed off Rightmove. 3 days later received an email about the same property to arrange a viewing. But it was off the market?!?

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We would absolutely recommend Georgina to anyone. Thank you again ??????
