They provided constant updates and would chase up anything I needed to know. This is my first rental since uni so it’s a big thing for me, but Robyn has truly made it a breeze. Initially, I thought buying a home in the UK would be impossible because my previous mortgage advisor informed me that, after three years in the UK, I could only borrow up to £133,475. However, when I met Jafri, he reviewed my situation and assured me that this did not seem right. He encouraged me to pursue the matter further, and as a result, I was eventually able to secure a mortgage of up to £300,000. I was extremely happy to work with Jafri from the very beginning of the process through to completion. He was always approachable, responsive, and willing to provide guidance whenever needed. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication made a significant difference to my home-buying journey. I would highly recommend Jafri to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mortgage advisor.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

The staff , Particularily Tom and Lucy, were so helpful as to guide me through all the different Apps and processes that were needed.<br><br>The property was extremely clean and the garden was even strimmed and tidied up, which was a delight. The owners had left me a bottle of wine, which happened to be the kind I drink.<br><br>Thank you very much.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)All estate agents are not the same, this is what we recently found out when using Middletons to both sell our house and purchase our new bungalow from. From day one they were on the ball and always keeping us informed of what stages everybody was at, chasing up wherever necessary. I would give a special mention to Hazel who, without her in depth knowledge and experience I wonder if we would have got our lovely new bungalow. All the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend Middletons estate agents to anyone who is selling or buying a property. They really are excellent.<br>Robert & Gayle

14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

She has a really in depth market knowledge and we have been thrilled with her service.<br>She also recommended their in house conveyancer who have also been amazing throughout the process.<br>Thanks Claire, we couldn't have done it without you!

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb. They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? Thank you to the whole team
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

In my experience, I have never dealt with a more efficient estate agent. Many thanks.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding from start to finish, it's fair to say we had just about every barrier in the way of our onward purchase, but both James & Kim worked tirelessly to get it over the line for us, the guidance, the support and everything inbetween made a huge differance to both myself and my family. They didn't have to do half of what they did for us but the fact is they wanted to help and are genuinely lovely people & I can't thank them enough.
