TBH they need the patience of a saint with some people. The sales negotiator is very professional, (think I'd be drinking heavily if I had to deal with some buyers). A big thank you to everyone at the branch.

Nothing was too much trouble. We found out more from them than we did from our solicitor! Niamh and Bethany, who were managing the sale, deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and always acted in a professional manner. After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? Thank you to the whole team
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.
