10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience with King West when purchasing our new home.<br><br>Jessica, in particular, supported the sale throughout and consistently went above and beyond to offer help and guidance.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, and she worked hard to ensure the transaction progressed smoothly and reached completion.<br><br>Buying a home can be a stressful process, but Jessica’s professionalism, responsiveness and personal approach made a real difference. We always felt well informed and supported from our first viewing through to receiving the keys.<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Jessica and the team at King West to anyone buying or selling a property.

They did a brilliant job selling our house and made the whole process really easy from start to finish.<br><br>Always quick to get back to us, kept us updated and were just really friendly and easy to deal with throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much hassle.<br><br>Really happy with how everything went and would 100% use them again. Thanks guys!

Photographs were taken of our property they looked very professional and then were put on-line. Veiwings were made and I was kept informed via e-mail. Our property was sold within a week of it being advertised and has now been completed. Thank-you so much all the staff at SP for all your help.

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We decided to use Riva Lily after our daughter recommended them to us after following them on social media. Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us. Very happy to recommend them in Loughborough.
