10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
21st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We were disappointed with the service in particular the communication. Eventually we delt directly with our buyers as the stories differed between solicitors and agents.
19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I recently sold my countryside cottage through King West Market Harborough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their specialist knowledge, high quality marketing materials and personalised service really sets them apart. They worked with me to move swiftly when I unexpectedly wanted to put my property on the market earlier than we had originally planned, got serious buyers through the door within days and secured two offers in less than 2 weeks and a sale thereafter. The sales process went on to become more complex and King West - and Jessica Deacon in particular - went above and beyond to keep it on track even in the hairiest of moments. I could not be more grateful or impressed by the level of effort Jess, Stephen and the team put into my house sale. 5 stars!

We were kept updated throughout the conveyancing process and they have both been on hand to help us when needed. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Cannot recommend Sean, Karen and the team highly enough. Sean came to value our property and, unlike another local agent, rather than tell us how bad other local agents were and try and get us to go for a lower value to sell quickly, he saw and marketed our house to its full potential. The marketing material was superb and, backed up by a great service by Karen and the office team. And we sold within 5 days!<br>That may not always happen of course but the communication was great and they were all lovely to deal with throughout the process.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases. Within 1 month the house was sold.<br><br>We would recommend Nest Egg to anyone who are thinking of selling their home

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
