Initially, I thought buying a home in the UK would be impossible because my previous mortgage advisor informed me that, after three years in the UK, I could only borrow up to £133,475. However, when I met Jafri, he reviewed my situation and assured me that this did not seem right. He encouraged me to pursue the matter further, and as a result, I was eventually able to secure a mortgage of up to £300,000. I was extremely happy to work with Jafri from the very beginning of the process through to completion. He was always approachable, responsive, and willing to provide guidance whenever needed. They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. No matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!), they were always happy to help, explain everything clearly, and keep us updated. They always picked up the phone whenever we needed them and chased everything up to help speed the process along. Their communication, professionalism, and support meant so much to us during such an important time. Thank you both so much — we truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us! Highly recommend.

17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)The customer service from this letting agency is appalling. I had a viewing booked. My 2 years old son suddenly fell ill and was rushed to hospital. I was in the hospital with no service attempted to call to cancel my viewing no answer. 45 mins before my appointment I also emailed to confirm cancellation as online it advised the place was not available until August. 1. Misleading information over the phone and online about a property. 2. Shocking behaviour from the agent who was raising his voice at me and telling me I’m black listed. Will be posting my reviews all over social media and making sure no one uses this company. They do not even know how to speak with customers. So rude and disrespectful. I will gladly be black listed from this agency. Thank god! Do not use them at all. Never ever would I recommend this company lack of empathy for my situation. Give false information and then have the cheek to be rude. Disgusting behaviour !
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)The whole process was seamless with Belvoir, very efficient staff, friendly and a pleasure to get to know.<br>As this was my 1st time I needed my hand holding a bit, I was never made to feel like a nuisance, all my questions were asked in a timely manner and it really helped me with my stress levels.<br>Top notch service, I cant praise them enough, I feel like I have a great team to guide me through this process and to continue with.<br>Thank you.

In partnership with them, we developed a pricing strategy that generated considerable interest in the property and 6 offers (all bar one of which were well above asking) after only a week on the market. Since going to SSTC, their progress team has kept us well informed. Looking forward to their help in pushing our sale to completion.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!
