3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Reid & Roberts Estate Agent in Holywell throughout the sale of our house. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Both Michaela & Sophie consistently worked on our behalf to keep things moving, provide updates and resolve issues quickly. They made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. We would happily recommend them to anyone selling their home.
15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Brilliant from start to finish! The team were so professional, kind and helpful with all my questions and quick with the answers. I got my keys on Monday and couldnt be happier!
Thanks to all the team at Reid & McGlade.
15th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service
7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.
So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.
Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.
He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.
We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.
I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.
The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.
26th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Dawn was fantastic in supporting us through the sale of our property. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. We can’t thank Dawn and Charlotte enough for the support and would highly recommend!!
5th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)From being shown around the property to finally moving in communication and answering of questions was first class couldn’t have asked for anything else a really smooth transaction. Would highly recommended

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We are over the moon with our new home! As first-time buyers, we had a million questions, but Katy at Elwy was an absolute star throughout the whole journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
She made what could have been a stressful process feel so exciting and easy! Huge thanks to Katy and the wonderful team at Elwy for helping our first-home dream come true! ????????????? thank you for our new home gift and card ??????
6th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)LL Estate Agents were exceptional. We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)A big thank you to James Wright for showing me around Yr Hen Stablau this afternoon. His friendly demeanor and local knowledge were very helpful and reasuring to me. I will definately put in an application to rent this property long term. Anne

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had a good experience working with Enfys Estates overall, with a couple of niggles; I had to request that my property was posted on their social media (like all their other listings) after it had been on the market for 10 weeks and they did all the viewings for me (which was great), but left the front door unlocked on one occasion. I understand accidents happen and it may be an awkward door to lock, so they may not have realised.
26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)No issues with them
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Emma and Heather so far has kept me updated . So friendly and both very professional. Would definitely recommed Emma Millar .Exp.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really happy with the service from William & Gleave throughout our house purchase. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kept us updated along the way. A special thank you to Olivia and Tom for all their help — we really appreciated their support throughout what was quite a long process. Would definitely recommend.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have never dealt with an agent who was so proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and above all communicative. It wasn’t just one member of staff but the whole team who made the selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. Adam Palmer was especially impressive and as I assume is the team leader certainly filters his ethos down to his staff. All in all a great experience. Excellent

30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Newsome Homes were one of three estate agencies I asked for valuations and selling details. Their valuation was significantly higher than the other two (by £50k); I took the plunge and went for their high valuation. Result: 8 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price within 24 hours! So a very successful experience with them! A couple of minor niggles: after the initial sale agreement they didn't keep me well informed of progress and in spite of repeated requests, they did not remove the for sale board as I had asked.
24th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service from experienced and knowledgeable staff.

15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Made an appointment to view a listed property with Fifty North West. They then accepted an offer prior to our viewing, without even having the courtesy to inform us. Very unprofessional, considering we are cash buyers, completed our own property sale and living in temporary accommodation. When questioned, they offered no apology and proceeded to try and sell us a more expensive property.
