They were responsive, professional, and made everything feel much less stressful. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to anyone moving into a new place ??????
5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 1st Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Michelle and Michael have been excellent, helpful, and understanding throughout the process.
25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I initially had George the branch manager come value my home and found him such a lovely man and he put me at ease about how the whole process will go , Having put my trust in them they sold my house within days and Adam became my agent and looked after the sale of my home and he did a fantastic job Adam rang me every week without fail and kept me upto date with every single update and anything i wasn't sure about he was just a phone call away , I highly recommend the branch and couldn't praise the team enough .
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)AJ is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does . He is the best in the business .I had issues with rentals and tenants and AJ sorted everything out for me . AJ was outstading and he needs to be recognised for the very hard work he puts into the company .AJ can fight any authority.He is simply the best no- other agents can touch him.Best in the business.

22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
