14th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. As a first-time buyer, I initially saw a house that was slightly above my price range, but when I rang, James encouraged me to view it anyway and said it was worth putting an offer in if I liked it, and I’m so glad I did, because my offer was accepted! James oversaw the sale from start to finish, and the whole process was completed in under 7 weeks, which was amazing. I actually found myself contacting the estate agents more than my own solicitor, as they were so proactive in helping me get everything I needed! Even organising the fixing of a window to keep things moving smoothly. The people who showed me around on multiple viewings, mostly at weekends, were so lovely and really made me feel at ease while looking around, which made a big difference as the space felt comfortable instantly. The team were really professional, highly responsive, and seemed to genuinely care about both their customers and buyers. I feel very lucky that the house I purchased was being sold through Beadnall Copley, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!!

It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.
29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.
