25th May 2023 (2 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. They maintain people's respect and dignity and understand that the problems are real. Lota Properties excel in their field. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to the team at Lota Properties.

16th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We had a brilliant experience selling our house with Dacres. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and their photos were excellent quality. We previously had our house on the market with another company who were terrible. Our house sold very quickly with them which was great. Amie was fantastic to deal with and I have recommended her to everyone I know thinking of selling their house.
14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.- 13th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Fantastic service from start to finish. It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done!
