He was not pushy at all and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He showed genuine interest in our questions and was always happy to answer everything clearly and patiently. He allowed us to take our time, even on a second viewing of the same property. Personable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. A great estate agent who strikes the right balance between professionalism and approachability. I would recommend asking for Martin to show you round houses if you're looking, he's fab!

They were responsive, professional, and made everything feel much less stressful. She sorted us quick and for that we are forever grateful. She went above and beyond to sort us our new place in 5 days time. She dealt professionally and proactively. Again, great service and experience nonetheless.
5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

That is when I found Nev @ Ewemove. What a breath of fresh air. The quality of photos, floorplan and description was perfect. Nev made the whole process simple and easy. My house sold in 7 days. If you are looking to sell your home in or around Guiseley/Yeadon/Otley, use Ewemove. You won't regret it!

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)EDIT: Owner has responded to this review with a bunch of lies, we reported the issue with the roof in June, when there was no "Winter weather". If you are looking for a property and see these guys, avoid at all cost, they are cheap/lazy/incompetent, they have actively put our health at risk by refusing to address clear issues in our house, they seem to be ignoring all issues in the house. Also, when we moved in, the house was absolutely disgusting and they refuse to accept any responsibility for it. Have included photos of issues they ignored.

9th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I simply find Ornella and her service exceptional and I cannot praise her enough. Having previously had my property on the market for a long period with 2 other largely recognised estate agents, Ornella provided what was disappointingly lacking from the others, which simply put was a sense of personal care & responsibility. As soon as I met Ornella, it became clear that her personality, and passion for my property were going to be the pivotal change that I needed in order to achieve a sale. She shared my passion and agreed with what I thought my home was worth, without me mentioning any figures, which was refreshing that we marketed on what the home was worth and not just looking for a quick easy sale (this sounds obvious, but having had previous with other estate agents, this is not always the case, especially if a buyer is not found quick!) I had a lot of concerns as I had gone through the disappointment of this process twice before and she delivered on her promise and more that she was going to do everything she could to sell my property. Sure enough after 1 week, a buyer was found! However, it’s not just the help of finding a buyer with Ornella, it’s the constant care (and even after-care) that she provides throughout the whole process, it was refreshing to have someone just as passionate and keen as myself to progress the sale along. House sales can be stressful enough, but having someone who can be direct, honest, kind and super helpful by being their for you every step of the way and being a constant source of communication with regular and helpful updates is critical! I would highly recommend anyone to use Ornella and don’t make the same, naive mistake I made and waste time by using another Estate agent, just because they might be well known! Thank you Ornella!
