15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.<br>I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .

5th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Steve always responded quickly and kept us up to date as promised with our sale, viewings and the properties we were interested in. We cannot say thank you enough for making our sale stress free.

Not only were they professional, insightful and helpful, they are just outright amazing!<br><br>I couldn’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend them a hundred times over!!
26th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

30th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)After being let down on another viewing with a different company, Vicky Pluta immediately offered a viewing for the same evening on a different property and was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Valuation and actual property advert was initially 10k difference. I challenged this and after some time managed to get it back to valuation, which we sold at. We could have lost 10k due to this. Other communication errors throughout the selling process gave us concern and we didn’t have the best experience with their recommended solicitor either.

They’re a lovely, genuine team who offer a personal and thoughtful approach, you can tell they work well together and genuinely care about the people they look after.<br><br>Karina, Kelly and Debbie have all been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. Our problems are always resolved.<br><br>I’ve really enjoyed being a tenant with Bluebell Estates and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, approachable and caring estate agency. Thank you all for being so lovely!

They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Moving is not an easy process and can be very stressful but all of the staff were on hand to help every time we called and always kept the process flowing as smoothly as possible. When we went to view the first property with her we got lost and she liaised with her office who called us and gave us directions to where Jordan was waiting for us. I am sorry that we didn’t choose one of her properties. She called several times and emailed with new properties to view. A credit to her agency. Five star from me.
