I have been particularly impressed by the calm, respectful and efficient way he has handled everything. Property transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns, explain matters clearly and treat my circumstances with genuine understanding. His knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication have given me reassurance and confidence during an important time for my family. It is rare to receive such a high level of personal attention and customer care. Although my transaction is still ongoing, I already believe Kevin deserves special recognition for the way he has supported me. I have every confidence in him and would highly recommend his services. I had an extremely frustrating and complicated chain, with a particularly difficult situation further down the chain, and throughout it all, Regan was absolutely outstanding.<br>Regan took everything in his stride and went far above and beyond what could reasonably have been expected of him. His resilience, professionalism, ability to think several steps ahead and willingness to deal with people and issues that were not even part of his job were second to none. He was proactive, persistent and completely committed to keeping the chain moving and getting me over the line.<br>Quite simply, without Regan’s determination, support and constant efforts, I genuinely believe the chain could have fallen apart. He is an absolute asset to Michael Graham, and the company should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing them.<br>I would also like to praise the wider team. Whenever Regan wasn't in the office, I was always greeted with a warm welcome from Roger, Rob, Harry and Stephanie. Whoever I spoke to, I was met with the same helpful, professional and can-do attitude. Everyone took ownership, offered help and made things happen. There was never any passing the buck or being told, “He isn't in, you'll have to wait.” Instead, everyone did their best to help and keep things moving.<br>Moving house can be stressful enough without a difficult chain, but having such a supportive, proactive and genuinely lovely team behind me made a huge difference.<br>Regan deserves special recognition, but the whole team deserves credit. They are a real credit to Michael Graham, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.<br>A genuinely great team and an absolute joy to deal with. 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.<br>Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.<br>The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.<br>I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!<br>To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.<br>Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.
20th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I've not had a great experience with these people. One lady telling me I've said things i haven't and it wouldn't hurt if she smiled a bit. Also have repeatedly asked for my holding deposit back as promised but they keep making empty promises.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)From first contact with the company everyone was pleasant, helpful and responded quickly and proactively to requests. Hayley was very reassuring when I first met her and explained how she arrived at her valuation amount, well supported with local comparable property data, while emphasising that the final decision was mine. I felt confident in accepting her advice. Photography and sales details were prepared very quickly and efficiently. As I don't live locally good communication has been particularlyimportant. It has been refreshing to deal with a team who clearly communicate well among themselves as whenever I've contacted them whoever i spoke with was well informed about my case. Once an offer was received Mark was helpful, professional and very quick to act on my instructions. I've had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Denny Knight.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We really cannot recommend the lovely people at Alexander Lawrence highly enough. An absolute breath of fresh air compared to the service we received (read didn't) from Brown and Merry. The team's approach is professional beyond anything I've experienced. Realistic, honest expectations were set for the expected sales price, marketing and expected lead time. They do not make promises they cannot keep! Throw into the mix the unexpected loss of our daughter at an already stressful time. Sam seamlessly stepped up, took and maintained control of all the arrangements acroos the whole process and made sure that we were only contacted when absolutely necessary. What a godsend! We cannot thank Alexander Lawrence enough for their amazing support and down-to-earth management of our house sale. You can opt for a high-street estate agent, but save yourself the disappointment and contact Alexander Lawrence- Simply the Best!
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From the vet first conversation to the finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless.<br>Matthew’s communication was genuinely second to none. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated after every viewing and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening. Communication was so easy , personal and felt like we were always in touch with someone who genuinely cared.<br>What really set Matthew apart was how personal and flexible he was, arranging viewings that worked for us and potential buyers.<br>Thank you Matthew! He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
