3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I handed in our notice and ended up having to take the matter to court because of the overpaid rent and deposit. The whole process took around six months, and there’s still money outstanding.<br><br>At this point, I can’t be bothered spending more money on bailiffs to try and recover it. I’d rather focus on enjoying my new home and move on with my life.

Even when things became difficult and complicated, they stuck by me and continued to be helpful, patient and understanding from start to finish.<br><br>They dealt with all the complexities of my situation professionally and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Communication was always great, and they kept me updated and helped wherever they could.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful to both Poppy and Alex for their time, patience and effort in helping me secure my new place. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did.<br><br>I would highly recommend Poppy and Alex to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and supportive team. 29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We chose Mustard in Towcester to sell our house and while it was not an easy sale we could not have picked a better team – and dealing with a team of three we always knew to whom we were speaking. Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)The agents here are clearly game players and out for themselves I offered the full asking price which was agreed. The agent Kyle Wells also said he cancelled all seven viewings, even took it off the market. Just for him to call me a day later and say “ the seller has decided to go with someone who’s in a better position than you”. Errrm I’m a first time buyer I’m not in any chain, my position doesn’t get any better than that. So basically he was lying from the get go he didn’t cancel the viewings got a higher offer and then tried to make out I wasn’t in a good position using reverse psychology against me to cover up your scheme very low. I would waste my time with these again.

Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Nothing was too much bother for him. On a daily basis he updated me with the progress of the sale.<br><br>His guidance and support were invaluable to me. He was never too busy to answer my questions - no matter how small.
