28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is purely a review for johnny at Jackson Grundy, I just want to say how much I appreciate the way Jhonny has looked after us during our ongoing house?hunting journey. He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot. We’ve dealt with so many estate agents and most of them just disappear off the radar. Jhonny has been the ONLY one who has stayed consistent, loyal, and genuinely helpful! His honesty and communication have really stood out us! Thank you, Jhonny — your effort hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we truly appreciate it! Hope we see more of you! ??????
3rd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!
10th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Neil was great. We’ve used Jackson stops previously and they were great so came straight back to them. They were the best value for money, the most accurate In terms of market value and sold out property within 2 weeks.

19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

6th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

He doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, and doesn't respond to messages. I've been trying to rent an office on High Street for 3 months and he hasn't given me any feedback. I do not recommend his services. extremely disappointed with the service provided by this estate agency, particularly by Simon.<br><br>For the past three months, I have been trying to rent an office on High Street, but communication has been extremely poor throughout the process. Phone calls are rarely answered, voicemails are not returned, and messages often go unanswered.<br><br>What is most frustrating is the complete lack of feedback and transparency. As a prospective tenant, I expected at least basic communication and professional courtesy, but unfortunately this has not been my experience.<br><br>After waiting for months without any meaningful update, I can only conclude that the customer service provided has been well below the standard I would expect from a professional estate agency.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a responsive and reliable service.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
