8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

In what was a challenging market, Giselle Harrison and John Robinson were professional, personable and consistently kept me updated promptly with any new information. They were also excellent at staying in touch even when there was no particular news to impart, which was very reassuring throughout the process.<br>G had previously sold a property on my behalf around 15 years ago, so it was particularly nice to have a familiar face to work with again. Her knowledge and experience, combined with the wider team’s professionalism, made the whole process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend GH, JR and the team to anyone looking to sell a property.
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
10th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I was disappointed by the unprofessional manner of the gentleman who answered the phone when I called to enquire about a property viewing. His attitude did not reflect the high standards I would expect from an otherwise reputable letting company.<br><br>Before discussing my circumstances properly, he assumed that I would not pass the referencing process. Based on my salary, I am confident that I meet the affordability requirements, and if I did not believe I was eligible, I would not have contacted your company in the first place.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future applicants are treated with greater professionalism, respect, and without premature assumptions.

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.
22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had my portfolio with property Inc for some time now and some of my tenancy’s have recently come up for renewal, I think it’s only fair to lay praise with the people who truely make letting properties a hassle free experience. Athena at property Inc especially stands out, she is prospective, clear and concise knows what she’s doing and has demonstrated a clear ability to charge of stressful situations while being able to deliver reassurance to us as vendors.<br><br>Whenever an issue has arisen, repair and maintenance or be it chasing documents or whatever it may be, Athena is quick to act and has always made us feel like a priority even with her work load, charming and a true credit to property inc, she is the only person I wish to use for any further acquisitions in the future. 10/10 stars.
