Nicola was Fantastic! The best sales progressor I have dealt with across my previous 3 house purchases and sales. She was on the ball with chasing solicitors (there was a lot of this required) and providing updates and provided a really high quality service! Thank you both for all of your help.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Kate came out to value our property and we instantly warmed to her, she was so polite and Professional and by far gave us the most information on the local market out of all the other agents. We really felt she listened to us and what we needed, we didn’t feel hurried or rushed, which was very important for us. The rest of the team have been so supportive and kind, we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you again, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.<br><br>It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.<br><br>From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Keeping us regularly updated, and offered amazing support and advice when at times things became quite stressful. My levels of anxiety would have been much higher if it had not been for Lisa!<br><br>Thank you, our new adventure begins and I'm so pleased we chose Homes in Alton to help us achieve it!

This time it was my son’s house, and once again the whole team went above and beyond from start to finish.<br><br>Sam and Leanne have been absolutely brilliant, always friendly, professional and willing to go that extra mile. The whole team work so well together and genuinely care about their clients.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northwood to anyone looking to sell their home. 28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

Dylan & Ben are very professional in the works they do and they care about the people they work with and support on daily basis. Cloud Estates overall are fantastic Estate Property/Letting Agency to work with because they care, value and respect people's needs. Cloud Estates employees are very professional, very caring and understanding about individual tenant's requirements and they make sure that the job is completed on time. Very respectable agency and highly recommend!!!!

WOULD NOT recommend!<br><br>Also expected us to clean the garden without providing us with the equipment to do so. Make that one make sense…

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Terrible experience trying to buy a property through Hive Estates. We were set on buying a Sandyford flat and ready to offer significantly above asking price, but there was a serious rising damp problem in the hallway, which they initially tried to hide when we viewed the property. It had been superficially patched so we asked for details on the diagnosis of the problem and any work that had been done. The estate agent who showed us round had zero information on the property, for the issue or more broadly. The wider team refused to share any further information, saying the owner of the flat had "no idea" what the issue was diagnosed as and what the work, and that there was no documentation because a "property manager had fixed the issue" not the owner.<br><br>They also lied initially. They said that the issue had only been fixed three weeks ago, hence the smell of damp throughout the property, but when we spoke to someone on the phone they said it was fixed 10 months prior.<br><br>We actually made clear that the damp wasn't a dealbreaker, and that we just needed to go round with a surveyor or even just a damp metre - they blocked us and wouldn't allow it.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with seemed fresh out of school and were winging it. I struggled to get in contact even when putting an offer in and had to ring multiple times a day.
