14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Sharon at Benton’s went out of her way to sell our home. She was focused and informed at all times. Benton’s are friendly and professional and their service is exceptional. This is the second time we have used them and highly recommend them if you want to sell or buy. They act quickly and responsively to your needs
24th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)My wife and I purchased a property in Horncastle advertised with Brown & Co Lincoln, the experience throughout the purchase was excellent. Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We found a lovely house to rent in West Bridgford, and our agent Ryan has been amazing throughout the process. He kept my partner and I well informed from our initial viewing all the way through to signing for the keys. We really appreciated his professionalism and support, which made everything run smoothly.
28th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Thank you to the entire West Bridgford team who dealt with the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.
11th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We bought a house through Thomas James. Ben was very helpful and kept the purchase on track through some tricky times. Completed yesterday! Thanks Ben :)
15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Alexandra was really helpful with the whole process, it was my first time renting and had many questions about everything and she responded quickly with detail to help me understand. Even after moving into my new place she checked in with me to make sure everything was okay.
7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Cavendish Residential Letting & Estate Agents in Nottingham provided a professional and welcoming experience. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, making everything feel straightforward and well organised. Communication was clear, and their attention to detail gave me confidence. A reliable choice for anyone looking for property services in Nottingham.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Never ONCE has a complaint been resolved on time. They claim that they'll get back to me, then I wait weeks without a response despite multiple follow up emails and calls. Sometimes I wait all day in my flat for someone to come in and fix the problem but they never come as promised. Will avoid this agency at all cost from now on
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Very timely, amazing customer service, very helpful and accommodating with any issues, Amy and Imogen were very helpful and polite.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I have recently helped my Dad sell his house in difficult circumstances.
Claire and Charlene were very supportive and understanding.
They helped me through a stressful process with great empathy and care
I am pleased to say the sale went through smoothly on the day and I felt both Claire and Charlene were very professional at every stage of the process.
Thank you
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I had a great experience with Granger & Oaks. The whole process was very quick, smooth and professional, and they were always helpful whenever I needed anything.

A special thank you to Shania, who helped me the most throughout the whole process. She was always kind, professional and very supportive, and made everything much easier for me.

When I moved into the apartment, I also found a lovely welcome gift waiting for me, which was a really nice touch. Shania’s kindness and attitude were honestly even nicer than the gift itself.
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)?????

I can’t recommend Lesley and the whole team at Belvoir West Bridgford highly enough. They are an extremely professional, friendly and reliable team who are always a pleasure to deal with.

Communication is excellent, everything is handled efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their landlords and tenants and about maintaining properties to a high standard.

Lesley in particular is always approachable, organised and great to work with, and the same can be said for the rest of the team. 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Terrible, will not respond to maintenance requests unless you call them and repeatedly follow up. Even then they probably won’t fix it - we could not stay in our kitchen over winter as it was too cold but they fixed the radiator 4 months after the request was submitted. They take ages to get back to you about your deposit and are completely unreasonable. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTATE AGENTS.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Excellent service all round from Watsons. We are both very happy in our new home wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of everyone. Big thanks to Lucy for keeping us updated throughout the process and always being there to answer questions and Pam for recommending our solicitors.
Royston & Lund Estate Agents - West Bridgford
3 Fountain Court, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5LN(310 reviews)
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)My wife and I have been house hunting for a little bit now, and have felt that the staff at R&L have been really helpful. We've had a few viewings with them and although we're still on our journey we've found the knowledge the agents have imparted upon us to be very insightful. Especially Nick Ashford - and incredibly helpful chap! Really knows his stuff, and it's very refreshing to not feel pressured into a purchase. We had a couple of viewings with him, and although we still haven't found 'The One' we felt that he understood our position as a growing family. While we are still on the search, if we find the right property through Royston & Lund we will be very happy.
4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Royston & Lund were recommended to me and from the first visit, in April 2026, to completion, in September 2026, they did not dissapoint - good communicators, friendly, and reliable. Matt, Sarah, Donna, and Jake thank you for your professionalism.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have used Benwell Daykin on numerous occasions and always find the staff to be professional and attentative. Would highly recommend.
30th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)All the staff were so helpful and knew just what I was talking about. They especially helped me to handle the tech as I am rubbish at that ,so thank you all the girls who had a hand in it.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Since this was our first home, there were many things we didn’t know. You were always a great help to us. You assisted us in acquiring the home very quickly. Thank you Hollie
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I would like to thank Joe for his excellent service in helping me sell my property.
Joe provided excellent service when helping me sell my property. He was very responsible, kept me well informed, and always followed up on things promptly. I really appreciate his hard work and support. Highly recommended!
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Chino was excellent. He was amazing throughout the whole process. He was polite when I showed up, showed me the properties and made me understand the whole process with ease. I am moving into one of the properties. I would highly recommend working with Chino
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Great experience renting a flat from Comfort Estates. Our focal point Sophie was always really responsive, any issues were fixed quickly and Sophie would always let us know in advance if they needed to pop round to check something or facilitate a viewing. No hesitation at recommending others to rent properties from this estate agents.
7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Frank Innes Bingham

I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property through Frank Innes in Bingham to think very carefully before proceeding. Our experience with their customer service from the very beginning has been extremely disappointing.

I would give one star only for the property viewing. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a very poor experience.

Frank Innes were fully aware that we were moving from Essex, yet we were asked to travel all the way to Bingham simply to sign the inventory document. I had to drive approximately six hours just to complete this paperwork, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable considering our circumstances.

However, the worst experience happened on the day we moved. We were already travelling with all our household belongings when we received a call informing us that the property had no electricity and that we would need to arrange this ourselves. This information should have been communicated to us well before our moving day.

It was a Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to contact the electricity supplier immediately. As a result, we were left without electricity and had to stay in a hotel for two days, despite having already moved our belongings and being ready to move into the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense.

To make matters worse, we were provided with a mouldy fridge, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We contacted Frank Innes multiple times by email regarding these issues, but received little to no response.

We even went personally to the Bingham office to try to resolve the situation. Instead of actually dealing with the problem, we were simply told to send an email. We showed the staff the emails we had already sent, and we were then told that a message would be sent internally so that someone could respond. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a professional letting agent.

The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, especially when you are moving your entire household from another part of the country and relying on the letting agent to ensure the property is ready for occupation.

Communication has been extremely poor, the handling of the move was unacceptable, and the lack of response to our concerns has been very disappointing.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Frank Innes Bingham to anyone looking for a property to rent. If you are considering renting through them, I would strongly suggest making sure everything is confirmed in writing before moving in and checking that essential services and facilities are actually available.

This has been an awful experience from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope other tenants do not have to go through what we have experienced.
18th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Eve Walter assisted us with the letting of our property. We placed our property with Eve on the Tuesday and by the Saturday (5 Days) we had had new tenants. We were very happy with the professional and attentive service received from Eve.
