9th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)All estate agents are not the same, this is what we recently found out when using Middletons to both sell our house and purchase our new bungalow from. From day one they were on the ball and always keeping us informed of what stages everybody was at, chasing up wherever necessary. I would give a special mention to Hazel who, without her in depth knowledge and experience I wonder if we would have got our lovely new bungalow. All the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend Middletons estate agents to anyone who is selling or buying a property. 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.
11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience for viewing “3 Lupin Close, Edwalton, Nottingham, NG12 4HU” on Saturday June 27th 2026<br><br>I had a viewing appointment booked for 2:45 pm, so I left home on time. Due to unexpected traffic, I realised I might be 5–10 minutes late. At around 2:40 pm, I called the Holden Copley office to inform them that I would arrive between 2:50 pm and 2:55 pm. I was assured that this was absolutely fine, that the team would be informed, and I was advised to continue to the property.<br><br>I arrived at 2:55 pm, rang the doorbell, and waited outside for around five minutes, assuming someone might still be inside. When nobody answered, I called the office again, only to be told that the sales executive had already left after waiting just two minutes, until approximately 2:47 pm, because his diary was “very busy.”<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the complete double standard. Only last week, when viewing another one of their property (14 Autumn Close, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YL, on Monday 22nd June), their own sales executive arrived 15 minutes late. On that occasion, I patiently waited outside in the hot afternoon sun with my 5 and 8-year-old children, and I even had to cancel an important office meeting because of their delay. I accepted it without complaint because I understood that delays can happen.<br><br>However, yesterday when I informed them in advance that I would be delayed by no more than 10 minutes, they couldn’t extend the same basic courtesy. Instead, the appointment was effectively cancelled after waiting just two minutes, despite the office knowing exactly when I would arrive.<br><br>To make matters worse, when I requested that the sales executive return to the property, I was spoken to in a dismissive and rude manner. I was repeatedly told that his diary was “very busy” and that he would not be coming back. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no appreciation for the time I had spent travelling.<br><br>This is not how customers should be treated. If you expect clients to accommodate your delays, you should be willing to show the same flexibility when customers communicate honestly and courteously in advance. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer time have left me extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would seriously question whether Holden Copley genuinely values its customers.

Once we decided on the house we wanted she supported us 100% to get it done from laying out the steps and requirements. It was all done within less than a week.
