This is the second time we have used them and highly recommend them if you want to sell or buy. They act quickly and responsively to your needs

Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them. A massive shout out to Hazel Laura and Jane for your total professionalism throughout the years. They could not of been more helpful.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Incredibly poor communication - I had to chase my application myself multiple times, I was given incorrect information multiple times with no real care or apology given. When you are dealing with people’s lives and homes you would think there would be good level of customer service but this place does not provide that at all ! Would never use this letting agency again as I am nearing homelessness because of them.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Exceptional experience selling with Pygotts Grantham, the process from valuation, official listing to viewers and a sale was under 2 weeks which is exactly what we were hoping for to get a shot at buying a house we loved!<br>Luke came round out of hours and was really enthusiastic about our property, this gave a great feeling from the off.<br>The whole team throughout the process were brilliant, handled all viewings, key management for surveys, constant communications, and helping push the chain along every step of the way. Special shout out to Luke, Keelan, Demi & Rosie
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Avoid Avoid Avoid.<br>Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Frank Innes Bingham<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property through Frank Innes in Bingham to think very carefully before proceeding. Our experience with their customer service from the very beginning has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I would give one star only for the property viewing. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a very poor experience.<br><br>Frank Innes were fully aware that we were moving from Essex, yet we were asked to travel all the way to Bingham simply to sign the inventory document. I had to drive approximately six hours just to complete this paperwork, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable considering our circumstances.<br><br>However, the worst experience happened on the day we moved. We were already travelling with all our household belongings when we received a call informing us that the property had no electricity and that we would need to arrange this ourselves. This information should have been communicated to us well before our moving day.<br><br>It was a Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to contact the electricity supplier immediately. As a result, we were left without electricity and had to stay in a hotel for two days, despite having already moved our belongings and being ready to move into the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense.<br><br>To make matters worse, we were provided with a mouldy fridge, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We contacted Frank Innes multiple times by email regarding these issues, but received little to no response.<br><br>We even went personally to the Bingham office to try to resolve the situation. Instead of actually dealing with the problem, we were simply told to send an email. We showed the staff the emails we had already sent, and we were then told that a message would be sent internally so that someone could respond. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a professional letting agent.<br><br>The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, especially when you are moving your entire household from another part of the country and relying on the letting agent to ensure the property is ready for occupation.<br><br>Communication has been extremely poor, the handling of the move was unacceptable, and the lack of response to our concerns has been very disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend Frank Innes Bingham to anyone looking for a property to rent. If you are considering renting through them, I would strongly suggest making sure everything is confirmed in writing before moving in and checking that essential services and facilities are actually available.<br><br>This has been an awful experience from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope other tenants do not have to go through what we have experienced.
