19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.
16th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Spencer Birch carried out our homebuyers survey. Martin and Gill have both been so friendly and professional through the whole process. They were very quick to respond and got the survey booked in straight away. Within a week of our initial enquiry it was done and the report emailed through with a hard copy in the post. Martin took the time to talk us through the survey, giving us the chance to ask questions and understand next steps. He is clearly highly skilled and also cares about what he does. We would definitely book them again in the future and recommend to others.

11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.

As a first-time landlord, I was naturally a little nervous about renting out my property, but they made the entire process so much easier. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave me so much reassurance every step of the way.<br><br>I really appreciate the high standards they have, not only for landlords but also for tenants. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care have made me feel completely confident that my property is in safe hands.<br><br>They have truly gone above and beyond to put me at ease throughout the whole process, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have Marriotts manage my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent!

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I spent two days trying to book a property viewing, calling over 25 times before anyone even answered. Instead of helping me over the phone, they insisted I send an email—even though I explained I was on a tight deadline to move. I emailed immediately, stating I was available any day, any time. They ignored my email. When I called them back 15 times the next day, the representative was completely rude and refused to book a viewing, claiming someone else had seen it yesterday and would likely take it. To make matters worse, the property is still actively listed on OnTheMarket right now. Why ask for my availability via email, refuse to book a viewing, and leave the ad live if it's supposedly taken? The way I was spoken to felt dismissive and discriminatory. Older reviews might look good, but their current service is appalling. Save your time and avoid this agency.
23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Living in a Robins Estates property deeply tainted my experience of student housing. Although me and my friends found the humour within it they were the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever had to try and cooperate with. Their entire business is faceless and made up of lying estate agents who are simply trying to invalidate the students living in their properties and get away with doing absolutely nothing. Their phone number automatically puts you through to a call service where it is virtually impossible to be passed on to someone who actually knows about the property. And even then you are asked to put the emergency issues into an email which always gets an automated response that they’re out of office. Even when this emergency is an active leak. They do not communicate with their landlords which forced us to contact the property owner ourself, to which he was completely unaware of the leaking roof, rat infestation and many other issues. Even then Robins Estates refused to support us and by the end of the year had practically evicted us when deciding to rip out the bathrooms weeks before the tenancy ended. On top of the kitchen being infested with rats this forced me and my housemates out of our house, something which if we did not have the privilege of being able to go home from uni would have made us have nowhere to live. Robins Estates never seemed to understand the seriousness of these issues and constantly invalided us unless our parents rang up and demanded action in writing to hold them accountable. And even then the issues from when we first moved in were never resolved. Empty promises and lies are the foundations of Ben and Alex’s so called professional techniques. Overall, I will always hold immense anger for Robins Estates and the way they made a group of 7 girls feel so invalidated, helpless and frustrated in a situation that we were PAYING thousands of pounds to be in. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be to find any other estate agent and recommend your friends to stay away from this company. I hope that one day Ben and Alex will understand the seriousness of their job and how absolutely useless they are at fulfilling their roles. Even after being offered reduced rent to stay in the house for another year we were completely set in our decision to leave Robins Estates and the unresolved rat infestation as soon as possible. I am so grateful to now be living in a lovely student house with a very understanding landlord who we have regular contact with and is massively useful. No other groups of students should have to experience Robins Estates.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Tried to get a viewing at a property in the town centre<br>Was called morning of the viewing assuming I was renting explained to them I was buying no show by agents as thought they had confused me<br>My view is they want to continue to rent property and not sell it , feel sorry for the vendor<br><br>Thanks for your response I still see the property has not sold ,<br>I’ve found and completed so the “look” you wished me obviously worked<br>I wish the same to your vendor

The whole process of renting our new home was smooth, professional, and stress-free.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Andrea, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Andrea kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.<br><br>Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we were able to rent a wonderful house that we absolutely love. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful guidance.
