23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

25th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Patient, knowledgeable and competent he always took the time to address the many questions I might have had.<br><br>Being able to depend on people like them was extremely important to me, particularly as I live overseas.<br><br>A very Special mention must go to Stephen Price, Associate Director at REDAC STRATTONS.<br><br>He has my utmost adimiration.<br><br>What an exceptional professional!<br><br>Of course, he is higlhly competent, but most important, he always made me feel that I had his full attention and that he was genuinely available whenever needed.<br><br>He listens carefully and thoughtfully, a quality that becomes increasingly rare.<br><br>He is remarkably kind, considerate and courteous, and possesses that rare combination of professionalism and humanity that leaves a lasting impression.<br><br>M.
