14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)As landlords, my husband (now deceased) and I have been very appreciative of Pure Lettings (now Miller Town & Country) for very many years. I have continued the association with trust and confidence and they have been very suppportive at a difficult time for me. I am also selling a property with the Estate Agency dept. Again, I have found them extremely capable, efficient and have been able to have good communication and support.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.
1st Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cant thank Kaitlin enough for all her help, she has been a pleasure to deal with, so helpful and patient , she has put our minds at ease in a very stressful time, I have asked a million questions, and she has always replied. Thank you Kaitlin for being so professional but also kind.

Outstanding from start to finish, highly professional- nothing was too much trouble and we received excellent communication every step of the way. Special thanks to Steph Andrew and Teneil who got our sale over the line.
Highly recommend - best estate agents in Cornwall:)
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)A good job well done.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We were very fortunate to have Dean at Stags selling our house for us. During what turned out to be a tricky, drawn out sale Dean was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date and being very supportive. His advice was always helpful, although never forced on us, and this resulted eventually in a successful sale.
We don't intend moving again but, if we change our minds, we'll definitely go to back to Stags.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold a unique holiday home in Cornwall with Jackson Stops. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Dan. He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.

By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! We’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Jackson Stops enough. Thank you for everything Dan ??????

24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have been working with Will and the team for many years now and have always found them extremely knowledgeable and professional and would recommend them to anybody considering renting out a property.
10th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Three viewings were booked immediately the house was put on the market. The first person to view was the person who bought the house, which sold in three days at the full asking price.- 9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .
13th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Joshua at DKH has been absolutely amazing and played a huge part in helping us with our recent house purchase.

He attended all of our viewings across multiple properties and was always incredibly helpful in getting answers to all of our questions. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing, Joshua was prompt and accommodating, making the whole process feel as easy and stress-free as possible.

He was always a pleasure to speak to, incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.

We’re so grateful for all of Joshua’s help in finding us the right home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A real credit to DKH!

A special thank you also to Hannah, our Sales Progressor, who kept us regularly updated, communicated quickly with the seller, and made sure everything requested from both sides was followed up efficiently.

We’re incredibly grateful to you both for making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. Thank you, Joshua and Hannah!
