5th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
8th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!
19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jamie and the team were a real breath of fresh air after a pretty stagnant few months. His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Having worked with Charlotte Turner, over the last 12 months or more, it's obvious that Charlotte is passionate about all things related to the property market, always offering valuable, "matter of fact" advice, which delivers results, her attention to detail prior to marketing is 2nd to none, with each Vendor receiving a bespoke service start to finish.<br>If you are selling in PO21 or the direct postcodes, I would highly recommend you contact Charlotte Turner.
22nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He kept us informed throughout and gave clear advice.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

14th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.
9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I have been letting through PS and B for 23 years. Recently they have not paid me my rental income, they are ignoring my emails and calls. I dont know what is going on but I need my income to pay my mortgage payments. I would love one of the directors to make contact.
27th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We couldn't have asked for better support from Stride & Sons throughout the sale of our property. They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).

4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)This the second time in two years I have worked with Bay Tree on a sale (previously a probate property, this time my own) and they were again excellent. For various reasons, it was quite an elongated process but Suzie was calm, efficient and persistent throughout. Communication was always first-rate and especially valuable in the long, post-offer period. Bay Tree are genuine experts on the local market and therefore well placed to offer sound advice, accurate valuations and to deal with the inevitable challenges that arise. So, I am a genuinely satisfied customer and very happy to recommend Bay Tree.

27th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Good if you're a landlord (according to the other reviews). Nightmare if you're the renter. My HMO went without hot water in January for two weeks, and they failed to fix this within the 48hours, despite being aware of the issue. It was, in fact, hard not to be aware, as half the tenants living at the property were ringing them every day that we went without hot water. Once the issue was fixed, we asked for compensation. Antony said that they will contact the landlord, and we will receive a response in a week. We haven't heard a response for 5 MONTHS. Don't waste your time emailing hello@nexaproperties.com either, because they have ignored countless emails about this issue.<br><br>When I moved in, there were pests under the sink, and they told me it was my responsibility to clean it. They had not disclosed that there were pests and mould in the kitchen beforehand. I had to get the council involved before they addressed the issues. My shower head, when I moved in, was stuck on with what looked like hot glue, and when it fell off, it took three weeks to get replaced.<br><br>If you are a student, please save yourself from renting with NEXA. It is unnecessary stress on top of uni, and you'll be running in circles thinking you'll need a lawyer before NEXA treats you fairly

The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the whole team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jo Woodrow, who was absolutely brilliant. Jo went above and beyond at every stage, keeping me informed, answering any questions promptly, and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach were outstanding and truly made all the difference.<br><br>Thank you to Jo and everyone at Jackson Stops Chichester for providing such a first-class service.
