They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.

From the very first conversation, everything was handled with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.
