Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

Profile Homes marketed and sold our property and are top class estate agents, we have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so, to our friends interested in selling. Some of the brilliant things they did: They accurately and beautifully marketed our property and constantly monitored online interest, occasionally changing our online information to increase uptake. They filtered out tyre kickers and did accompanied viewings. This meant we could carry on with things like holidays not worrying we were missing out on potential buyers. They always gave immediate feedback from viewings and guided us on any offers made. They liaised with our solicitors and other Agents in a chain of properties below us. We are a retired couple and were selling our property to down size, and our sale would have always involve a chain. Without Sue and Les the long chain would not have completed successfully, they know the business and worked wonders. Selling and buying property always involves costs, but their bill is one cost we are indeed very happy to pay! Thank you Sue and Les you have been wonderful.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I was supposed to view a rental property with clee llandovery on a Saturday, to be told that the viewing was no longer available....are clee just in it for the views?! To be let down last minute is disgusting no wonder these properties stay on the market for months on end..if only the owners knew!!

From the very beginning, Darren was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and everyone else I spoke to at Sunderlands was equally brilliant.<br><br>Our house sold after just three viewings, which we were absolutely delighted with! The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the communication, professionalism and support we received throughout.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Sunderlands team for helping us sell our home. We really couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house!

They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!

22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.

Every staff member were excellent and we cannot praise them enough. I will highly recommend this company.

16th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Excellent professional service conducted by rhys, cant recommend highly enough- 20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We put our late father's property up for sale through John Francis back in April this year, and I must say that I was really impressed by the service that we received from the staff in the Lampeter branch from start to finish. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much bother for them; Kyle was particularly helpful. We were given clear options on how to best market the property, and received regular updates on how the property was performing against other similar properties in the area. John Francis managed all viewings and communicated these to us clearly, and promptly. The house was sold and completed within a very short time of being on the market. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past, but can honestly say, that in my opinion, John Francis is by far the best. Should I be in a position to sell another property again in the near future, I shall certainly use John Francis.
