Faye handled all of the viewings professionally and made everything run smoothly. Daisy and Ffion in the office were always very helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions or updates. The whole team provided a professional and approachable service, and we would highly recommend JJ Morris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They answered all my queries really efficiently and went above and beyond for us.- 10th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)My home finally completed sale after quite a long process with initial buyers stepping out and new buyer stepping forward. I had moved overseas while this happened, and greatly relied on JJ Morris to keep the process moving along. I strongly recommend for in depth knowledge of the local area, and patience for following all necessary avenues.

30th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Excellent communication and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process from valuation, viewings, feedback right to end when the property was sold and contracts exchanged. Very good value for monies spent and I would absolutely recommend this fine Estate Agency. Top rating from me.
