The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step. 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit, completed the referencing and background checks, and was sent a draft tenancy agreement to sign. I was also contacted and informed that everything was fine and that the final contract would be sent shortly.<br><br>Based on these assurances, I gave notice to my current landlord to vacate my existing property.<br><br>After waiting for around two weeks, I unexpectedly received an email indicating that the property was still available. It appeared that the property continued to be marketed despite my holding deposit having been paid, the referencing process having been completed, and a draft contract having already been signed.<br><br>What was most concerning was the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed that there was an issue or that the tenancy might not proceed. Had I not received that email and followed up myself, I could have been left without confirmed accommodation after already serving notice on my current home.<br><br>This situation caused significant stress and uncertainty and could have had serious consequences. I would strongly advise future tenants not to give notice on their current property until they have a fully executed tenancy agreement and written confirmation that everything is finalised.
