He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>The marketing was excellent, with Richard taking fantastic photographs that showcased my flat beautifully. Phil was always responsive, patient, and proactive, keeping things moving and making sure I was informed every step of the way.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and the team at Your Move. (but all the staff there are good though). I found Harry to be very efficient and professional. He has great knowledge about the housing market and was always there to give good advice and support. She was incredible from the start, giving us the full star treatment - the first flat we viewed with her was the one! She hit the nail on the head with what we were looking for, and got it secured for us within a day of viewing it. She was very friendly and personable, answering all queries and questions effectively and efficiently. Having had negative experiences with moving in the past, we were absolutely thrilled to have had such a great one with Jada. Anyone with Jada as their agent is in great hands!<br><br>P.S. not only is she a brilliant estate agent, she has killer shoes and style.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.
