She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. The staff are genuinely kind, helpful and accommodating, and always do their best to arrange viewings around your availability.<br><br>I’ve found the team very honest and understanding throughout, while always maintaining a professional approach. He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.

19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)

Everything was seamless from viewing all the way to completion, and we can’t recommend or thank them enough! Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

Tariq, Fraser and Abby were all really personable, respectful, efficient and good communicators. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening with my sale, and any queries were dealt with promptly. They managed to find good buyers for my house within a few weeks of it going to market, and within the price range they anticipated, so I was really pleased.
