16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)The 5-star rating is to our property manager, Saima Hasib, in particular. Though only our property manager for the last few months of our tenancy, Saima was the best one we had by far. Professional, punctual and empathetic to the problems we faced renting one of Hamptons properties, Saima made our experience interacting with Hamptons a lot better than previous property managers. So, the 5-star rating goes to Saima!
2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Jonah Schiller might have to be the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Not only did he deliver on what I needed, he did so quickly, professionally, and with a lovely human touch that’s hard to find these days. He looked out for my interests and was always reliably there to step in or sort anything out, even in an emergency when he was out of the office. When he was away, he made sure his colleague Luca Obertelli promptly stepped in and helped immediately. They both took the urgency of the situation seriously, and it bears mentioning how rare this is to come across in Europe, where nothing is ever urgent.<br><br>Working with Jonah was one of the most positive real estate business interactions I’ve ever had, or I’ve even heard of anyone having, and I hope I can continue to work with him in the future (to his boss, if you are reading this, he deserves a promotion and a large bonus, at least twice over!!!!!) ??????????????????

He also had a very good understanding of the property and local area. I would highly recommend!

Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home.
