Nerea Rodríguez was especially helpful in the search phase and played an important role in helping us find the right property. The team stayed engaged throughout the process and supported us during the purchase. Communication could sometimes be quite frequent, but we appreciated their commitment to moving things forward and completing the transaction smoothly.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. In the end, they got it over the line and we’re really grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend. Cheers guys!
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with Metro Village was easily the worst renting experience we’ve had. When we viewed the flat, Nick told us the main window — which was completely shattered — would be repaired before we moved in. Once we moved in and followed up, the agency said there was no record of that agreement and the repair never happened. Our letting manager Kevin was extremely difficult and unprofessional to deal with from the start. Emails regularly went unanswered, calls were avoided, and it was very clear he had no interest in helping tenants — despite us paying close to £30,000 per year in rent. Instead of helping resolve issues, he consistently sided with the landlord. Throughout the tenancy, important repairs were ignored and communication was extremely poor. It often felt impossible to get any clear response or action. Another frustrating issue was that the flat contained old items left by the agency (including used bedding and broken things) that we were told we couldn’t remove. This made it feel like the flat wasn’t really ours to live in freely, despite paying full rent. The most concerning part was the deposit process. We were presented with a long list of charges for small items — things like £5 for a lightbulb or £18 for a spatula that had clearly been used long before our tenancy. Many of these charges felt excessive and difficult to justify. If you rent through them, I strongly recommend using the official deposit protection scheme adjudication process if there are disputes. Once the charges had to be formally reviewed and justified, several of them suddenly changed. Even after agreeing the final amount, it still took weeks of chasing emails to actually receive the deposit back. Overall this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unresolved issues, and a difficult deposit process. I hope this review helps future renters make an informed decision.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I recently worked with Lenka at Inner City Estates to secure my new home and found her to be very quick and professional. The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Absolutely horrible experience. Flat flooded with water, bedrooms and beds absolutely soaked in disgusting dirty water, estate agents told us to book hotels and we’d get compensation, never did though. Never gave us a single penny back. Also told us we had to pay full rent even though the flat was uninhabitable. Bodrul was the worst of it, kept promising that he’d get in touch with us about getting us some money back, then never did. AVOID AVOID AVOID, disgusting estate agents with no morals. See the photos attached for the condition they left us in. I had to get in touch with plumbers and workers myself to get it fixed, they did absolutely nothing to help fix the leak upstairs as they claimed it had been fixed, when it was just getting worse every day. One of the estate agents even came over to view the damage, stood in a pool of the dirty water and muttered “get me out of this dump” thinking I didn’t hear him. Absolutely vile. Edit in response to the comment below: Firstly, I find it laughable that you say you acted promptly and actually blatant lie that you attended the same day. I'm actually glad you've admitted about the report being on the 24th of April, as the video and some of the photos taken below (with the water STILL dripping down) were taken on the 29th of April. I wonder how that's possible since you acted so promptly! Don't insult me by saying that my statement is incorrect, the plumbers I contacted were Camden Council's own plumbers. I have the voice note and recordings to prove this, and again, further proof that was me who sorted out the repairs to the upstairs flat. It's absolutely disgusting that you're trying to call me a liar in this situation, as I have actual proof that the statement is true. In fact, you are lying here saying it was Camden Council who told us to book into hotels, it was one of your staff who told us when he came to the flat who told us to submit receipts about a hotel expense! How can you so confidently lie about the turn of events? You've lied about the day it was fixed (I have dated evidence to show it wasn't fixed promptly on the 24th), you lie about who I contacted to actually fix the issue since you wouldn't do it (I have voice notes speaking with Camden Council plumbers to prove this), and you now lie about telling us to book into hotels. You did not relay any information to me, nor did you ever actually admit what the outcome of the insurance claim was. We're yet to ever find out about that, and it's funny that you don't mention that in your response!

It's been a difficult time to try to line a sale up for interested buyers while also looking for a new place. The team however stayed on the ball throughout the year, gave regular suggestions & updates, and stayed in touch. Sam especially gave the selling process his all and made sure everything progressed smoothly once we secured an offer, and was very mindful in guiding us through the process, and staying in contact with us, the buyers, and both solicitors!
