James was extremely helpful throughout the viewing and rental process and made our move to the area much easier.<br><br>After a few initial challenges settling into the property and with the management handover, I would particularly like to recognise Esther Kerenge, who has been exceptional since taking over as our Property Manager.<br><br>We had a number of outstanding maintenance items following our move, and Esther has been incredibly responsive, professional and proactive in helping us work through them. She communicates clearly, follows up when she says she will, keeps us informed, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.<br><br>Most recently, Esther responded very quickly when we discovered a potential leak, arranging for an excellent contractor to attend and ensuring the issue was dealt with promptly. She has also coordinated the completion of a number of other outstanding maintenance items, always remaining helpful, patient and positive throughout.<br><br>What I appreciate most is that Esther manages the relationship in a way that feels fair and constructive for both tenant and landlord. We take a lot of pride in looking after the property as if it were our own, and it makes such a difference having a Property Manager who recognises that and works collaboratively with us.<br><br>Esther is an absolute credit to Acorn, and I wanted to make sure her professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service were recognised. Thank you, Esther, for everything you do — it is very much appreciated.<br><br>And thank you again to James for helping us find and secure a home that we are very happy in.

Andrew went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, We were kept fully informed and updated clearly on everything that was happening. He was really proactive and always willing to go the extra mile as a result the sale went through in a timely manner.<br><br>I would highly recommend Andrews to anyone looking to sell their property. Outstanding service and Andrew is a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you!
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had an overall good experience with Galloways. The team was friendly, responsive and supported me through each step of the process. Some pressure was applied towards the end but overall I was happy to be supported by a smaller team and local agency to West Norwood.

21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)To any freeholders looking to give Stapleton Long the responsibility of managing your property please think twice. As a leaseholder I was subject to the really poor service of Stapleton Long, without any choice in the matter of who our managing agent is.<br>My first complaint is their lack of attention to detail; nearly every account or bill needed triple checking and was often wrong. The details of our lease were ignored and constant checking and reminding was needed.<br>The second complaint would be their lack of action. During our sale we had very slow response times that held up the process and taking action for repairs was even worse. A major roof repair took over a year before any action was taken. I'm still owed money for repairs in an annual service charge that were never carried out.<br><br>In their defence, they were always available to speak to on the phone. But I feel for any other leaseholders who have them as their managing agent.

The team kept in touch regularly, were always available to answer questions, and did a great job chasing slow solicitors to keep things moving.<br><br>A special thank you to Aziza, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. Her communication was excellent, and she kept me updated every step of the way.<br>The purchase felt smooth and stress-free thanks to all their hard work. I'd happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property! ??????

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Second bad experience letting my property through them after Andrews estate agent.<br>Over valuated ended 4 weeks in the market with no interest, viewers complains (we noticed it after giving it to another agent as they came for a second viewing)<br>Very disappointing!!!<br>I don't really understand what the estate agents think about landlords very rich ?????? ?????? so bad

James & Annabel are capable, thorough and extremely personable; their information management is excellent and they were hugely proactive in how they managed the flat. So much so that when it came to sell, I used them for that as well (the sale was every bit as well executed as the management). I cannot recommend them highly enough.- 28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Me and my partner were looking for a flat in London, we used Truepennys to support us during the search and for the offer process for one of our favourite flats. We ended up signing a contract for another place, but the support we received from Madison and John was so good; they were easy to reach, communicative; they answere all our questions quickly and in a very helpful way. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.<br><br>I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. It was a long road over a few months with a chain as we had a fall through due to structural issues. Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you
