13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve already recommended Tyler and Winkworth to friends selling in Streatham.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and puts in the effort to get things done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and the team. She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????

They were very good communicators, and have invaluable experience in keeping the pressure on when the process starts to lag. A real highlight of their work was when our initial buyer dropped out they managed to arrange a new buyer within 24hrs, lifesavers!!

From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He not only managed the sale professionally but also shared valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process, all of which proved to be incredibly helpful. I chose the worst time in history to try to sell my flat, but believe all the staff worked very hard on my behalf to find a buyer. At the time of writing, there might well still be a potential buyer! All the staff - Robert, Arjan, Torri and Jennie - were all so friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Being a first-time buyer can be overwhelming, and I certainly wasn't the easiest customer- I had a endless list of questions! However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

In particular, Karen, our sales agent, supported us through the whole process and was fantastic. We can wholeheartedly recommend Intercounty!

Their marketing led to high level of interest with a very rapid positive conclusion. This is simply the best estate agents that I have dealt with and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.

Our purchase turned out to be far more complex than any of us anticipated, but Tom was more than capable of handling the challenges along the way. He kept us informed throughout and, unlike many estate agents, genuinely seemed to care. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom and Loft to anyone looking to buy a property
