4th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Byron provided us with an excellent experience and was quick to respond to our requirements. 11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Should have looked at the negative reviews about the return of Deposits. Susan dealt with our rental and shes blunt and doesn't really care. Happy to rent us a house that covered in marks, scuffs, cracks, broken blinds and mysterious dirt around the toilet but as soon as it comes to check out, shes happy to put forward an extortionate amount to be deducted from the deposit. Do yourself a favour, if you're going to rent through Stanfords...Don't. UPDATE: Got £190 back from a £210 dispute between stanfords/landlord. They tried about 4 times to tell me that its going to take months and just pay a reduced price (tried charging around £500 for betterment of the property) and said they would do £450. Either way, we ended up paying less than half of that, dont let them bully you into thinking youre wasting your time and NEVER just pay the random prices they pull out of their ( ( ) Luckily TDS listen to tenants and listed out that Stanfords/Landlord was trying to get money for betterment.

I think they all work very hard and I like the fact it is independent and a family run business who knows the local area inside out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Address from my overall experience.

He has always been courteous not overpowering and understanding of me in selling my house even though I've had swatters then being really ill in an induced coma for several months.<br>The empathy shown while selling my house was Amazing and went through like a dream at the right price. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We engaged Martin and Co Crystal palace to help us find a tenant a couple of times in the last 10 years, and to draw up a tenancy agreement for us. They do not manage our property. However they have provided a fantastic service of advice, reminders and updates free of charge throughout this time. I get regular reminders about compliance and support with finding contractors. I also sometimes ask for guidance around market rent or sales. They respond very quickly with an email followed by a phone call and thorough advice is given. i am never made to feel like a nuisance. I would highly highly recommend this estate agent - Thankyou!
1st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

Azra was really helpful and very nice from the first visit to the end, in constant communication with us to provide update and answer our questions/pass them on to the vendor. I can’t recommend enough this agency, I have friends who had a terrible time buying a house, this was not our case at all. Even when getting our keys, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks again to Azra and the whole team !!

16th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
