From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

Excellent communication throughout the process despite deteriorating market conditions and a house close to the railway line that put off several viewers

2nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Very poor communication. Had to chase repeatedly to find out what was happening. Paid for the premium package and had hosted viewings all contracted out to an agency. Different agent almost every time turning up minutes before the viewer. No knowledge of the property and poor follow ups for feedback. After 3 months without a sale went to another agent and sold within a week. Definitely do NOT recommend Purplebricks, they take your money then have no incentive to make sure you get a sale. Avoid and pay the extra money for a proper estate agent rather than pay twice like we did.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Vicki and Helen have supported us through the process and been instrumental in making it quick and straightforward. They had viewers lined up before our house went on the market resulting in it selling on the day it went live!<br><br>Family members had also recently made a purchase through VLS, and we had been extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Helen had when showing that property.<br><br>We made use of the complementary mortgage advice from VLS Mortgages and Kirsty has been brilliant, providing all the advice we needed and quickly updating our mortgage offer when rates briefly came down. Charlotte was also great in explaining our life insurance options and securing the policy for us.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending VLS to anyone looking to sell their property!
27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Avoid this estate agent. I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it. When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it. I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion. Do not use this agent.
