I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. 22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.
11th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I did not sell with them I removed my property because in 10 weeks they got me two viewings and another who didn’t show. I had two emails from them during the whole time. Very disappointed and as for you, the fact you think I’d sold through them tells be enough!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We were kept informed at every step of the journey selling our property, everything went smoothly on the sale and the process of selling, it also helped a great deal with the solicitors being in house as they can liaise with each other without having to go through us regarding small matters, the team managed our sale and was also very professional and efficient, the person who valued the property was spot on and was instrumental in us choosing Connells due to their local knowledge, putting forward suggestions regarding the potential for the property also, it seems the company are very prominent in the area which I didn't notice until we started selling, there are Connells for sale signs everywhere in the area which is comforting to know, Thank you.

I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. They had 10 new viewings lined up within days and helped secure a new buyer within 2 weeks, enabling us to continue in our original chain. They were always quick to reply to our messages, and gave us regular updates. Highly recommend.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Ben Reddan and the Letting team was excellent<br>Our experience with the sales team, not so.<br><br>Gabriella from Lettings was exemplary in her meticulousness regarding the letting of our property from start to finish.<br>Her communication was excellent and her dedication to her job is to be admired. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.
