From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

From the outset, when choosing an agent, we were impressed with David's clear, thorough explanation of the marketing strategy. The transparent, courteous approach made Putterills an clear choice over other agents. Putterills secured us offers within the first few viewings from their potential buyers and their negotiations secured us a price significantly over our expectations. The whole process of selling our family home on behalf of our elderly mother was handled sensitively, patiently and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

21st Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Throughout the whole letting process they kept us fully updated at every stage and always replied quickly. We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.
