From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. Was easily accessible, always got back to me quick and always worked to answer any questions I had. I would recommend MA to anyone looking to use an estate agent in the area.

From our very first meeting with Adam, we were impressed by the professionalism, strategic thinking, and market knowledge on display. The team clearly understands the local area and knows how to value properties accurately.<br><br>Other agents may offer a higher valuation or a slightly lower fee, but that's meaningless if they can't actually sell your house. In what has been an uncertain market, the initiative shown by Putterills to maximise our property's visibility was both clever and effective. Their negotiation throughout the process was fair, professional, and ultimately helped secure a successful sale.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, the sales progression support (Vanessa) was excellent. Having a dedicated person managing communication and helping to negotiate a completion date made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward smoothly.<br><br>The service is sharp, proactive, and highly professional. My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. The house was sold very quickly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend Martin and Co for a first class service.
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

Sam extremely helpful and so quick to respond and the helpful team, big thanks to Jake who patiently viewed properties with us and the other friendly staff members, all deserve credit too.<br>If you have a property with them for sale then in my experience they are working very hard on your behalf.

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)There was no interaction. I had barely any feedback on the few viewings. I was having to constantly call them for information. I was told to pay for the money laundering check up front. It took ages for them to put up a for sale sign.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Throughout the whole letting process they kept us fully updated at every stage and always replied quickly. We really appreciated their friendly and reliable approach — we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy letting agent.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

On arrival she was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what she was going to do before getting started which put me at ease straight away. She clearly cares about doing a good job and made the whole process feel easy. It was lovely to speak with her too and share knowledge, we had a lovely conversation and was very kind!<br>We were also very happy with the welcome we received when we moved in. Honestly a world of difference compared to our previous estate agents in terms of professionalism, competence and kindness. We would definitely recommend Cheriee and Lovett Sales and Lettings!
