5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We had a really positive experience with William H Brown selling our flat and particularly with Matt, who looked after us through the latter part of the sale.<br><br>Matt was always friendly, approachable and helpful, and was great at keeping in touch and helping to keep things moving. He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.<br><br>We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.<br><br>Thanks so much to Matt and the team for all their help getting our sale over the line!

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.<br><br>When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.<br><br>What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. He genuinely went above and beyond to get everything over the line.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Westley and Morgan Alexander highly enough

Everything went smoothly, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Special thanks to Paula, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind, approachable and easy to communicate with, and was always happy to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. She made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable for us. We really appreciated all her help and would definitely recommend her.

In particular, Karen, our sales agent, supported us through the whole process and was fantastic. We can wholeheartedly recommend Intercounty!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I read several of the reviews already posted before I wrote this and feel that I'm just repeating what everyone else has said! Putterill's sold my late Mum's retirement flat (notoriously difficulty!) for us and I cannot recommend them enough.<br><br>Oliver started the process enthusiastically and gave us confidence that they would sell the property to the right person at the right price. Nigel was exceptional - professional, proactive, knowledgeable - and kept the whole process moving to a happy conclusion for all last Friday.<br><br>I believe that many newer estate agents may be cheaper than Putterill's but you get what you pay for! There is no upfront fee which you may lose if the sale falls through for any reason - you pay on completion of a successful sale. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly!

27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Michael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home.<br><br>They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move.<br><br>Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with.<br><br>It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us.<br><br>Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way.<br><br>Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. Caroline was brilliant at keeping the sale transaction moving along, letting nothing sit still for too long.<br><br>I can’t recommend Phil and his team enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in and around Ware.<br>Viewings we're largely handled by Bailey who was very helpful responsive and infectiously positive throughout the marketing process.<br>Once we had a buyer in place, Rikki co-ordinated with the various parties, kept things ticking over, but his biggest strength was when difficulties arose, he was a calm head, knew who and how to push to ensure the sale (and purchase) got over the line.<br>Very Happy with the service from everyone at Elliot Heath.
