5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Was easily accessible, always got back to me quick and always worked to answer any questions I had. I would recommend MA to anyone looking to use an estate agent in the area.

My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. The house was sold very quickly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend Martin and Co for a first class service.
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

From start to finish, the team has been consistently punctual, professional, and incredibly supportive, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well?managed. A special thank you goes to Mark, whose service has been outstanding throughout. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference. Mark’s deep knowledge of both the properties and the local area was invaluable, and he always took the time to answer questions thoroughly and honestly. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to ensuring you feel informed and confident at every step. Sam extremely helpful and so quick to respond and the helpful team, big thanks to Jake who patiently viewed properties with us and the other friendly staff members, all deserve credit too.<br>If you have a property with them for sale then in my experience they are working very hard on your behalf.

Communication updates could be improved to be more frequent even if no movement on the sale. But overall very happy that we went & stayed with Wrights of Hatfield. 21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
