5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I’m so delighted to write this review about Chandlers Estate agent. The team are super amazing from start to finish of our purchase of our first property in the UK. The commutation was great, via phone calls and emails.<br>I want to give my credits to the 3 people that walked this journey with us, Mark, James and Paige, these trios are great team, even when we had challenges during the course of our transaction, we were represented well and presented our case professionally. Guided us through out the journey as a first time buyer.<br><br>Massive thank you Chandlers.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.<br><br>When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.<br><br>What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. He genuinely went above and beyond to get everything over the line.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Westley and Morgan Alexander highly enough

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

We found that they were very professional, kind and helpful throughout whole process, Cairen especially! Good communication, fast and prompt response to any emails that I was sending , always there when needed! Thank you very much for all your hard work and effort !!! Highly recommended,great professional team !!!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I read several of the reviews already posted before I wrote this and feel that I'm just repeating what everyone else has said! Putterill's sold my late Mum's retirement flat (notoriously difficulty!) for us and I cannot recommend them enough.<br><br>Oliver started the process enthusiastically and gave us confidence that they would sell the property to the right person at the right price. Nigel was exceptional - professional, proactive, knowledgeable - and kept the whole process moving to a happy conclusion for all last Friday.<br><br>I believe that many newer estate agents may be cheaper than Putterill's but you get what you pay for! There is no upfront fee which you may lose if the sale falls through for any reason - you pay on completion of a successful sale. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly!

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We went with Agent Hybrid and it was the right choice. All members of the staff were great. It started with Will made amazing pictures of our property, marketed it well, priced it at the right price and process (although not smooth as it never is) was helped by the team there. Every question big or small answered, easy to get hold, very professional. I would use them again if we ever sell again.

21st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I honestly can’t say I would use this company again. I prefer not to leave any reviews that could be perceived as negative if I don’t have anything nice to say.<br><br>The issues I have experienced so far:<br>1. They confirmed a washing machine would be in the property and when I moved in this wasn’t the case, and the letting agency was unaware (has since been resolved)<br>2. I didn’t have all the keys provided to me, the post key (I believe an honest mistake, with 11 keys noted in the inventory I only received 7 pieces, as they retain the rest, issue resolved)<br>3. Issues with access to hot water (engineer sent, has since been resolved)<br>4. Putting on the oven trips out all the plugs in the flat (unresolved and it was reported almost a month ago, was not working from when I received keys from 22 August)<br><br>I appreciate sometimes there requires communication between the landlord and the letting agency to resolve these situations, and independently these scenarios may not be that serious. However, after only signing the tenancy back in August, and living in the property for over a month, there have been way too many issues to be dealing with so early on, which is a concern.<br><br>I wouldn’t recommend this lettings agency based on my experience because I don’t believe they conducted enough checks to make sure the property was readily available to live in. In addition, the repair reporting system has required me to call and chase up repairs that I don’t believe I should’ve been facing so early on. The communication isn’t great when you need an update on the issues you’re facing and you are basically ghosted. Aside from taking time out of my workday to call and chase I’m not sure what else to do.<br><br>There were some good things I can report on like, the quick turnaround to get approved and the tenancy signed, and the welcome pack when I first moved in. But moving is already a very distressing experience, with trying to get things set up quickly and promptly. But having to deal with all these issues in the flat has made the experience worse. I wish I had a more positive experience but so far the bad has outweighed the good.<br><br>At this point I just want a working oven…

18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I honestly couldn’t recommend Linzi highly enough! I met with five different estate agents before deciding who to go with, and Linzi stood out by far. I was advised to go with one of the bigger chains, but from the first meeting, Linzi felt so much more personable, genuine and honest. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew I was making the right choice. My property sold within just 48 hours of going on the market, which was amazing in itself! I also asked if I could take my own photos for the listing, and Linzi was completely accommodating. Throughout the whole process, pretty much anything I asked for, she did everything she could to help. The sale became a little complicated along the way, but Linzi went above and beyond, including communicating with the solicitors and helping to keep everything moving. She was always approachable, helpful and reassuring, and I genuinely felt like she cared about getting the best outcome for me rather than just making a sale. Selling a property can be stressful, but having someone you trust makes such a difference. I’m so glad I went with Linzi rather than one of the larger chains. Five agents later, and there was absolutely no competition — Linzi was the best by far! Thank you so much for everything, Linzi. I really appreciate all your help and would 100% recommend you to anyone looking to sell their property!
